■ Are you considered 91% more valuable to the organization than average employees.
■ Do you also contribute disproportionately to the organization’s future leadership pipeline. 
■ Do you think you have a 75% chance to succeed at more senior, critical roles, compared to only 25% for high performers lacking high potential

Do you have the basic three components ?
# Ability is most important, 
# Engagement second
# Aspiration third
