Key Point : Past behaviour is indicator of future performance
CounterPoint : I dont fully agree to this , as i believe that attiude is what needs to be judged during the interview and conditions of past may be different from what the person might face in the current job. Though attitudes are formed by past experience ( But they can be changed depending on what stage of life cycle the individual is !)
Over all a good programme with role plays and value add in pre-interview preparation strategies
